Document storage limit reached

Symptom#

Upload is skipped or fails with a document storage limit message.

Cause#

The bot's total uploaded document size reached the plan limit. Each individual file must also be under 20 MB.

Fix#

1. Check remaining storage

   Open the bot's Source settings and read the Document storage meter.

2. Remove old documents

   Delete outdated or duplicate files.

3. Upload smaller files

   Split a large document or convert it to a smaller format.

4. Retrain

   After changing documents, train the bot so the knowledge base matches the new files.

Plan defaults#

Free has 5 MB per bot, Pro has 10 MB, and Ultra has 50 MB by default.
