Status badge reference
Decode bot, widget, invitation, token, and team statuses.
Bot statuses#
| Status | Meaning | Common action |
|---|---|---|
| NO_DATA | No documents uploaded. | Upload documents. |
| UNTRAINED | Documents exist but no current embeddings. | Train the bot. |
| PENDING | Training is queued or running. | Wait or cancel. |
| READY | Bot can chat and be embedded. | Use it. |
| OUTDATED | Documents changed after last training. | Retrain. |
Widget status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Visitor sessions can start if bot/origin checks pass. |
| Inactive | Visitor sessions are rejected. |
Team invitation status#
Pending, Accepted, Assigned, Expired, and Cancelled describe the invitation lifecycle.
API token status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | External clients can use it. |
| Expired | The expiry date passed. |
| Revoked | You manually revoked it. |
Team status#
Active means writes are available. Read-only means writes are paused; see Team workspace is read-only.
