Daily credit limit reached
What to do when daily credits are exhausted.
Symptom#
Chat, training, widget, or API usage is blocked with a daily credit limit message.
Cause#
The active workspace used all daily credits for the UTC day.
Fix#
- Wait for the reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Switch to a workspace with available credits.
- Use a higher plan if you need more daily capacity.
- Reduce large training/chat jobs until the reset.
Check usage#
Open Usage and filter by source to find the largest contributor. Widget traffic and training jobs are common sources of spikes.
Team context#
If you are in a Team workspace, the team quota may be exhausted even if your Personal workspace still has credits.
