Answers to common Pegasus user questions.
Can I use Pegasus without a team?#
Yes. Every user has a Personal workspace. Teams are optional.
Why can't my bot chat yet?#
It must be READY. Upload documents, train the bot, and wait for training to finish.
Why did my bot become OUTDATED?#
Documents changed after the last successful training. Retrain to refresh the knowledge base.
Can visitors see my Pegasus account?#
No. Widget visitors chat anonymously and do not need Pegasus accounts.
Can I restore deleted items?#
No. Deleting bots, documents, or widget configuration is permanent. Review the confirmation dialog before deleting.
Do answers include citations?#
Not yet. Copying answers exists, but citation/provenance display is a roadmap gap.
Where do I change plan?#
Subscription and quota are visible today. Self-serve Stripe checkout is planned for Billing v1.
Are API tokens available on Free?#
No. API access requires Pro or Ultra.
