Bot limit reached
Fix disabled bot creation when your plan cap is full.
Symptom#
The Create new chatbot button is disabled or shows "Bot limit reached".
Cause#
Your active workspace already has the maximum active bots allowed by its plan.
Current defaults:
- Free: 2 bots.
- Pro: 10 bots.
- Ultra: 50 bots.
Fix#
- Delete an unused bot if you no longer need it.
- Switch to another workspace with available capacity.
- Upgrade or ask the workspace owner/operator for more capacity.
