Widget is not loading

Symptom#

The chat bubble does not appear on your website, or it appears but cannot start chat.

Cause#

Most widget issues come from an old snippet, disabled widget config, origin mismatch, or a bot that is not READY.

Fix#

1. Confirm the snippet is installed

   View your website source or template and make sure the Pegasus script is present.

2. Copy the latest snippet

   If you rotated or deleted the widget, replace the old snippet.

3. Check Allowed Origins

   Add the exact protocol/domain/port for the site.

4. Check bot status

   The bot must be READY.
